Every Christian a Church planter

I was listening to the latest episode of Leonard Sweet’s Napkin Scribbles podcast (subscribe here).
He had the opportunity to attend an Advance led by missional leader Alan Hirsch. Sweet was taken by this statement by Hirsch:
Every Christian a church planter; every church a church planting church.
What a powerful vision! Yet what a challenge.
What would it take for this vision to become reality?
