From a human perspective, what does it take for a missional leader to achieve maximum impact for the reign of God through his/her life? Here is a list of traits that are essential:

Audacious Vision
Resilency/Unreasonableness
A Commitment to (Re)Learning
A Deep Capacity to Love
A Hunger for Authentic Community
The Capacity for Forgiveness
A Willingness to Sacrifice
